Our accounting firm, Grendin, Brooks and Bartles CPA, is based in Brussels, Belgium but do work all over the globe. We are going to begin working with a new client in Prague, Czech Republiuc and would like to get some shipping quotes before we begin work. We would like to know how much it will cost us to ship files back and forth between us too as we need to roll that into our quote to the client who will ultimately be paying for the expense. The documents and files that will be going back and forth will be of the personal nature (bank statements, investment documentation, charitable giving receipts, etc.) so we will need to choose a company that will be able to handle such sensitive material in an honorable manner. Please let us know your security measures that you have in place and what sort of tracking options you will make available to us if we ultimately choose to go with your company for these shipments.
