Estimate cost

Hi, I need some help. I need some estimate about shipping a motorcycle from Perth or Sydney in Australia to either Guatemala City or San Jose in Costa Rica. I also need the calculation of some initial costs for this shipping, assuming a 2m x 1m x 1m crate weighing approximately 200kg., and also the calculation of the time that the freight would be at sea (or air) and the paperwork required. I look forward hearing from you. I really need this information because my boss need this for his tour and needs to know more information about the cost of shipping. Thank you.
